NewLeaf Senior Living Solutions, LLC operates as a senior living referral and information service, providing guidance, education, and support to seniors and their families as they explore care options, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and residential care facilities for the elderly (RCFEs), commonly known as board and care homes. Our services are designed to help families better understand available options and make informed decisions; however, we do not own, operate, manage, or control any care community or provider. In most cases, our services are offered at no cost to families, as we may receive compensation from participating senior living communities. In situations where a recommended community is not part of our network, any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed in advance.
NewLeaf Senior Living Options, LLC operates within the State of California as a senior living referral agency and, pursuant to California Health and Safety Code §1569.47, provides referral and placement assistance only. We do not license, inspect, regulate, or oversee any residential care facility or service provider. Licensing and regulatory oversight of Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly is the responsibility of the California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division. By using our Services, you acknowledge that NewLeaf Senior Living Solutions, LLC does not guarantee the quality, compliance, availability, or performance of any care provider. You further acknowledge that it is your responsibility, and the responsibility of the prospective resident and their representatives, to independently evaluate any recommended community, including reviewing licensing history, inspection reports, services, and suitability of care.
NewLeaf Senior Living Solutions, LLC does not guarantee placement, admission, or availability at any community, nor do we guarantee pricing, services, or outcomes. Final decisions regarding admission, care, and services are made solely by the care provider, the prospective resident, and their family members or legal representatives. NewLeaf does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice, and nothing contained on this Site or provided through our Services should be interpreted as such. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any decisions regarding care or services.
NewLeaf Senior Living Solutions, LLC acts solely as an independent referral and informational resource and does not serve as a broker, agent, or representative of any senior living community or client. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a care provider and do not negotiate contracts or terms of care. Any agreement for residency or services is strictly between you and the selected provider.
